Internationally renowned artist Bernard Séguin Poirier is offering for his 2022 art calendar a series of 13 artworks made from original paintings under the theme of L’Espoir.

In its 32nd edition, the calendar is available at the Galerie Séguin Poirier during the Open House Espoir 2021 which currently takes place from Tuesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., until December 31st. Some 220 works by the artist as well as a variety of original mini paintings are on display at the gallery located at 1037, chemin du Fleuve in Les Cèdres.

“Reproductions that can be framed or laminated later. The quality of the printing and the finish of the paper are of high quality”, suggests Bernard Séguin Poirier, while mentioning that the wood supports are offered with a choice of 5 colors.

The original mini paintings presented at the Open House can be purchased at prices as affordable as $ 45, $ 90 and $ 135 for the various sizes (3”x3”, 4”x 4”, 5”x5”). A variety of cards and posters are also available.

Bernard Séguin Poirier has mastered the ancestral art of silica and fire for over 50 years. The artist developed new enamelling techniques and innovated in the oven concept.

Among other things, he is responsible for the world’s largest enamelling oven equipped with a shelf on rails and fitted with guillotine doors. This oven and five others of more conventional dimensions are part of the equipment installed in the workshop attached to his residence, the historic Pierre-Charay house in Les Cèdres. The artist has been permanently installed in Soulanges, the region of his roots, since 1979.
