On August 15th , as part of the development of its cultural programming, the municipality of Saint-Anicet will offer its citizens two 45-minute performances by the Longueuil Symphony Orchestra.

The purpose of the event is to bring the community together around a show in order for them to reconnect with a form of cultural and social life after long weeks of confinement. The first performance will take place in the grounds of the Saint-Anicet Church at 1:30 p.m. and the second performance will be presented in the Cercle de loisirs de Cazaville at around 3 p.m.

The site of each show will open its doors to the public one hour before the start of the performance. All distancing and hygienic measures will be strictly observed. A maximum number of people will be allowed in the parks, no reservations necessary, general admission.

These free shows will take place under the theme “Essentielle musique”. Spectators will have the pleasure of entertaining themselves with symphonic versions of songs by wellknown artists such as Queen and Leonard Cohen. An event that will appeal to all age groups. The Longueuil Symphony Orchestra has been recognized as a cultural leader in Montérégie since 1986.
