The President and Chief Executive Officer, Marc-André Loiselle declared himself happy and proud of this recognition of the industry which is attributable, according to him, to the quality and the excellence of the 300 employees of the company who cultivate, regardless of the sector and the specialty, a relentless taste for challenge, for going beyond expectations and for a job well done.

Associated with the combination of organic growth and growth by acquisition, the development and evolution of processes and technologies have enabled ALI Excavation to consolidate and harmonize its activities in a concept of administrative and operational integration of the type 360 degrees which places it in a position of autonomy allowing it to meet all the challenges in terms of civil engineering works as well as paving, construction or road maintenance, snow removal included.

«Municipalities as much as private sector clients can therefore find at ALI Excavation a kind of one-stop shop that facilitates the management of their contracts as well as the quality control of the work» specified the President and CEO Marc-André Loiselle. For Mr. Loiselle, the strength of the company also lies in the intrinsic quality of its management, which also relies on its two partners, engineers like himself, Simon Loiselle, as Vice-President Operations and Jean-François Beaulieu, as Vice-President Engineering, whose expertise brings strong added value to the management of the quality of work and sustainable development which are the very basis of employee expertise.

The recent acquisitions of Carrières Galipeau, one of the most renowned in Quebec, and Les Entreprises Pearson Pelletier, specializing in concrete work and sidewalk edging, have in 2020, along with innovation, constituted one of the springboards that has allowed the company to propel itself to the forefront of the industry by completing a diversification strategy, one of the objectives and challenges of which will be in 2021 to develop partnerships with other players in the industry in order to achieve to face competition from abroad even more effectively.

The president of ALI Excavation finally reiterated his credo towards the duty of commitment and the social sense of the company which intends to play an increasingly
significant key role in the local and regional economy, in a community that has seen it grow. This is why community involvement goes far beyond the economic benefits
of the company, which can be counted in the tens of millions of dollars, as a major employer in the Valleyfield region, of course, but by maintaining, above all, its support for carrying out school sports projects at the primary, secondary or college levels.
